Terms of Service

1. Provider

2. The service

Find Your Why is a self-serve digital tool that guides you through calm questions to clarify your Values, Purpose and Vision, and (Premium) to create a Vision Board. It is not coaching, legal, medical, financial, tax, or estate-planning advice, and not a professional or therapeutic service.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age of majority in your place of residence (generally 18) and able to enter a binding contract.

4. Account

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts for abuse, security risk, or breach of these Terms.

5. Purchases, access period and subscriptions

Find Your Why is offered as a one-time purchase (Gold, and Premium which adds the Vision Board). Your purchase gives you an active editing period of one month. After that your result is saved and view-only unless you keep it editable with the optional editing subscription (e.g. €2 / month or €19 / year). A referral benefit may give free months as described on the site.

During the beta (until 30 November 2026) use is free; paid pricing goes live from 1 December 2026. Prices, taxes, trials, referral and discounts are described on the Pricing page and at checkout (Paddle); the checkout terms control the purchase.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit it solely to operate Find Your Why (including saving your path and generating your Vision Board and exports).

You must not upload unlawful content or secrets (passwords, seed phrases, PINs, private keys, recovery codes).

7. AI features

You may optionally connect an AI tool you already work with (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Perplexity) via MCP. AI use is optional; the path works without it. Third-party AI providers process your data under their own terms when you connect them. We do not sell AI token packs.

8. Acceptable use

No scraping at scale, no reverse engineering except where mandatory law allows, no interfering with the service, no impersonation, no using the service to harm others.

9. Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. During beta, features may change. We may modify features with reasonable notice where practical.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us for Find Your Why in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

Mandatory consumer protections of your habitual residence remain unaffected.

11. Withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA purchasing a paid product, statutory withdrawal rights may apply. A full withdrawal / Widerrufsbelehrung page is required before paid EU checkout goes live. Until then, free/beta use does not rely on that notice.

12. Upgrading to Caminario

Find Your Why can lead on to Caminario, a separate subscription product from the same provider. Any transfer of your Find Your Why data into Caminario happens only with your explicit consent at upgrade. See the Privacy Policy §13.

13. Termination

You may stop using Find Your Why and request account deletion. We may terminate for breach. On deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your habitual residence are preserved. Courts of British Columbia have non-exclusive jurisdiction where allowed.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted; material changes may require notice.
